Confidence Builder Presentation

  • Parents to understand the mindset required for high performance success.
  • Coaches who want to know how to instil these principles in their clients.

Mental Toughness Workshop

  • One day

Who is it for?

  • Athletes who are aware there are gaps in the mental toughness, but don’t know how to improve.
  • Coaches who want to know how to develop mindset skills in themselves and their clients.

How will I benefit?

  • Overcome the obstacles that hold you back from being the golfer you can be.
  • Find out what you value about golf and how that helps or hinders your progress.
  • Identify the key mindsets skills you need you need to develop.
  • Establish a powerful plan to move you in the right direction.
  • Find out what you really want from golf.
  • Leave the presentation knowing you are already on track.

  • Understand which of the 5C’s is the priority for you.
  • Create a plan for improving all areas of your development.
